HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

We are happy to help you with any queries you may have. Please either email us at info@noorcollection.co.za or call us on +27 (0)83 570 8797. We are available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you leave a telephone message outside of working hours, we will return your call the next working day.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

If you can't find your Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise contact us via info@noorcollection.co.za and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Paypal, EFT.

IS MY PAYMENT DETAILS SECURE?

At NOOR, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. All credit card details are entered on a secure server.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING TAKE?

Because our products are made to order please allow 7 days for processing and manufacturing.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE?

After manufacturing time the shipment will take 2-4 working days. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email directing to the order status page where you can find your tracking number. Please always provide a physical adress for shipping.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

I WOULD LIKE TO BY A GIFT VOUCHER FOR MY FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY?

If you would like to purchase a gift voucher for a special friend's birthday or any special day please email us at info@noorcollection.co.za. We will email the voucher in PDF format for you to download and print.

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING SERVICES?

Yes, we offer engraving as an additional service at an additional cost, this cost varies depending on what you would like engraved. Please mail us if you would like your piece to be engraved. Please note that any engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty).
